Free standard shipping applies to all Australian orders valued over 2,000,000 VND and delivered to an Australian shipping address. For orders under 2,000,000 VND, a standard shipping fee of 40,000 VND applies. Free shipping for orders over 2,000,000 VND is automatically applied during checkout and shipped via AUS POST Standard Shipping. AUS POST Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.
For remote areas: AUS POST Standard Shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.

Parcels are shipped via Vietnam Post International, with final deliveries handled by the local postal service in each destination country.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, import duties, and/or customs fees. All such taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Taxes and customs fees vary depending on the country and region of the shipping address. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure about the applicable taxes and customs charges. GILDAS LEMÉ is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees incurred during the shipment of your order.

If you encounter any difficulties entering your shipping address during checkout or when creating an account, please email wecare@gildasleme.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before placing your order so that we can assist you in setting up your account.

If you change your shipping address directly with your local post office without notifying us, GILDAS LEMÉ will not be responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests to change the shipping address must be made directly with GILDAS LEMÉ Customer Care before the order is shipped.

In cases where a customer enters an incorrect shipping address during checkout (e.g., wrong or incomplete address), GILDAS LEMÉ reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees corresponding to the appropriate shipping method for the corrected address. If the customer wishes to receive a refund for a returned order, we will refund the order value minus the original shipping fee.

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, GILDAS LEMÉ reserves the right to issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.

GILDAS LEMÉ is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after successful delivery, or for parcels delayed during transit.

Shipping fees for orders are non-refundable.

Note: The international shipping costs provided by GILDAS LEMÉ do not include return shipping costs from countries outside Vietnam. Customers are responsible for determining the cost of returning goods from their country to Vietnam, as these fees are not covered by GILDAS LEMÉ.
