Checking and Cancellation/Return Policy
a. Regulations on goods inspection
You are allowed to check the goods before receiving them. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive a nonconforming item so www.gildasleme.com can assess the problem and fix it.
b. Return conditions
Gildas Lemé supports customers to return goods within 07 days from the time of receipt (except for discount products and gift cards). In order for merchandise to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot return certain items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your particular item.
If the product is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason. However, the customer must still ensure that your merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
c. Time regulations to notify and send returned products
Before returning the product, please contact us directly. If your return is accepted, Gildas Lemé will send you a return shipping label as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns to Gildas Lemé without prior contact will not be accepted.
Time for notification of return: within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Product return location: 22/6 Street 65, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Product return period (for goods shipped into the European Union): 14 days from the date of order.

d. Return form
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise and let you know if the refund is approved based on the “Return Conditions”. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days.
If more than 15 days since we approved your refund and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at wecare@gildasleme.com.
Note: we only support refund for returned products. So, after the refund is approved, please re-order the product to get the item you want.
